Jain Flat Plate Collector (FPC) Systems: Thermosyphon type

Standard capacities available: 100, 125, 200, 250, 300, 375 & 500 LPD.
This is the heart of the solar system. It consists of copper grid with selectively back chrome coated copper fins or aluminum full sheet absorber laser welded to the copper risers. Toughened and textured solar glass, mineral wool insulation, steel sheet for back support & extruded powder coated aluminum casing with weather proof joints. These are manufactured with latest BIS standards using state-of-the-art technology to achieve highest efficiency. The solar collector is ISI marked.

Insulated Hot Water Tank
- Stainless Steel / Mild Steel hot water tank with outer cladding of G.I. precoated sheet, insulated with 50 mm thick PUF insulation & ABS end covers. This ensures least overnight temperature drop. Special pressure vessel design is available for pressurized systems.
